An annual boiler service is essential for keeping your boiler running smoothly and safely. As well as saving you money and energy. Our experienced and helpful gas safe engineers will always be happy to assist you.

Central Heating Power Flushing

It’s important to keep your radiators working properly, so they can keep you warm through the winter. If you’re having problems with your heating, your radiators might need a power flush.  A power flush is a standard process – in particular when a new boiler is installed – used to remove rust and debris, leaving your boiler, pipes and radiator clean and clear.

Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

As a landlord, you are responsible for the gas safety of your tenants. You must ensure that all gas appliances are working correctly and safely. Therefore, every rental property that has any sort of gas appliance, whether it be a gas boiler, gas hob or even a gas fire, requires a Gas Safety Certificate. These certificates can only be issued by a technician registered with the Gas Safe Register. All our engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register

Your New Boiler Installation Step by Step

Step 1 - Call us and book an appointment with one of our engineer

You can choose a morning or afternoon appointment on a date that suits you. If you’re a landlord, we can help to arrange a time when you or your tenant can be at the property.

Step 2 - Our gas safe engineer adviser visit your home free of charge

  • Our gas safe engineer adviser will call ahead to let you know they’re on their way to you
  • The engineer adviser will carry out a detailed assessment of your home and talk you through your boiler installation options.
  • They’ll give you a fixed price quote no hidden extras
  • The site visit should take about an hour or more to complete

Step 3 – Book a date for the boiler installation

  • Once you decide to go ahead with us, the engineer adviser will book a convenient installation date.
  • We will send a confirmation email and the contact details for our gas safe engineer who will carry out the work

Step 4 - Your new boiler installation

  • Our heating Adviser will call ahead to let your know they are on the way.
  • Upon arrival , they will run you through some important safety information.
  • They will commence the installation and try to reduce any disruption to your home at all times
  • Once finished, they’ll will give you a full explanation on how to use your new boiler and what to do if you need any help after.
  • They’ll leave your home clean and tidy, and will arrange the disposal of all waste including the old boiler.
